Competitive world and given the current changing conditions, human resources of the organization are the main competitive advantage that, if properly managed, can be a key factor in the success of organizations. Perhaps one of the new plans of human resource management is the development of organizational innovation. The human resource management with the approach it takes will play an undeniable role in employee innovation; therefore, due to the importance of this issue, in this study, a set of theories and findings of researchers regarding the role of human resource management in organizational innovation has been collected.
