The purpose of this study is to survey the role of employee’s perception of supervisor’s listening on emotional fatigue, exit intention and organizational citizenship behavior. In terms of purpose, the present study is applied and in terms of data collection method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of faculty members of Zahedan City universities is 580 people and the sample size according to Morgan table is equal to 231 people which has been selected based on simple random sampling method. Smart PLS software has been used to analyze the data. In this regard, three hypotheses were formed to investigate the effect of employee perception of supervisor listening to employee voice on emotional fatigue - the effect of employee’s perception of supervisor’ listening to employee voice on organizational citizen behavior and the effect of employee perception of supervisor listening to employee’s voice on the exit intention. Finally, the results showed that negative impact of the employee's perception of the supervisor’s listening to the employee's voice describes a difficult mental state that includes many emotional and mood states such as emotional fatigue, intention to exit, etc. that should be minimized in the members of the organization. In contrast, the positive effect of the employee's perception of the supervisor’s listening to the employee's voice includes positive emotional and mood states such as organizational citizen behavior, etc., which should be institutionalized and strengthened in faculty members.
