In today's fast-paced world, following stunning technological innovations, the professionalization of the bureaucracy, the process of repolicy-making, responsibility and state transparency, the effective management of complex, role-playing and effective networks, empowering community-based and strengthening active and participatory civil society in public affairs and many other important topics, has doubled the importance of paying more attention to governance and development; Poor governance, so to speak, reduces life expectancy, weakens the independence of civil society and the mass media, disrupts revenue growth, increases national wealth and appropriate resource allocation priorities, and impairs the well-being and quality of life of citizens.
